Western Sahara : SPLA Units Target Rear Bases of Moroccan Occupation Forces in Smara Sector

Units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) targeted yesterday, Tuesday, the rear bases of the Moroccan occupation army in the Smara sector, inflicting significant losses among enemy forces.

A military communiqué issued by the Sahrawi Ministry of National Defense highlighted that SPLA continues to carry out its military operations, targeting Moroccan Royal Army bases across various formations of the enemy’s forward and rear defensive walls.

In this context, advanced detachments of our army carried out a concentrated bombardment this Tuesday afternoon, targeting the enemy’s rear bases on the outskirts of the city of Smara.
