Ukraine Strikes Russia’s Belgorod Region with Drones and Shelling, Injuring Civilian

Ukrainian forces launched 44 rounds of munitions and 27 drones on Russia’s Belgorod Region over the past 14 hours, injuring a civilian, according to regional Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov. Attacks targeted 10 districts, causing damage to homes, vehicles, and infrastructure.

In Krasnoyaruzhsky District, shelling damaged three homes, while five drones struck various locations. In Valuysky District, a civilian was injured when a drone hit a moving vehicle, damaging multiple vehicles and an administrative building. Belgorod, Volokonovsky, Prokhorovsky, and Rakityansky districts also sustained damage to residences, social facilities, and private property.

Other districts, including Borisovsky, Chernyansky, Grayvoronsky, and Shebekinsky, were hit by nine drones, though no injuries were reported. The attacks mark another escalation in cross-border strikes between Russian and Ukrainian forces.
