Trump Takes Bold Stance on Genders, Greenland, and Energy Restrictions

US President-elect Donald Trump promised to implement a policy recognizing only two genders—male and female—under his administration. Speaking at the Turning Point Action conference in Arizona, Trump declared that this would be the official stance of the US government, which was met with enthusiastic applause from the attendees.

The statement follows earlier reports suggesting that Trump plans to issue an order that could lead to the dismissal of around 15,000 transgender military personnel.

In another controversial statement, Trump reiterated his desire for the United States to own Greenland, citing national security and global freedom as key reasons for his stance. He announced the nomination of Ken Howery as the new US ambassador to Denmark, a move intended to advance this goal.

Greenland, an autonomous territory of Denmark, rejected the idea of selling the island when it was raised by Trump in 2019.

Trump also committed to lifting restrictions on energy production imposed by the Biden administration. At the conference, he outlined plans to revoke mandates on electric vehicles, lift a ban on natural gas exports, and declare a national energy emergency to revitalize the US economy. These promises reflect his continued focus on energy independence and deregulation.
