ALGIERS – Officials of the group Sonelgaz received on Tuesday a delegation made up of senior executives of the South-Korean company “Hyundai Engineering and Construction” (E&C) in order to monitor the pace of joint projects’ implementation, said the public group in a Communiqué.
This meeting, which brought together the CEO of the Sonelgaz Group, Mourad Adjal, with the South Korean delegation led by the Executive Vice President of the company, Kim Dong Joon, was dedicated to evaluating the progress of the projects entrusted to the Korean side on behalf of Sonelgaz, through the joint venture “Hyunson.”
On this occasion, Adjal expressed “his satisfaction with the positive results of the progress of the projects handled by the Korean company,” emphasizing that “Sonelgaz remains open to cooperation with South Korean economic operators,” according to the statement.
For his part, Dong Joon praised the level of support and cooperation his company receives from Sonelgaz and its officials, as well as the “positive” working atmosphere that characterizes the joint working sessions and the “high” level of professionalism and coordination he perceived from the group’s administration, according to the same source.
The representatives of Hyundai Engineering & Construction expressed their commitment to completing the ongoing projects and delivering them within the agreed timelines, the source concluded.
