Lebanon: Zionist Aggressions Displace 140,000 Children (NGO)

According to Save the Children organization, more than 140,000 children have been displaced this week due to Zionist aggressions against Lebanon. The NGO reported on Thursday that “the 140,000 children forced to leave their homes over the past four days brings the total number of displaced children in Lebanon to at least 175,000.”
Jennifer Moorehead, director of Save the Children in Lebanon, stated, “Many children’s lives, rights, and futures have already been turned upside down and now their capacity to cope with this escalating crisis has been eroded.”
“Children are telling us that danger is everywhere, and they can never be safe. Every loud sound makes them jump now,” Moorehead noted, emphasizing that “It is still possible to avert a humanitarian catastrophe, but we must act now.”
Since Monday, the Zionist forces has continued its deadly assaults on Lebanon, resulting in thousands of casualties and injuries. Furthermore, more than 90,000 people have been forced to flee their homes, with 70,000 crammed into 400 schools and other shelters, according to the UN.
