Gaza: Dominique de Villepin Calls on Europeans to “Isolate” the Zionist Entity

Former French Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin urged Europeans on Tuesday to implement an economic and military “isolation” of the Zionist entity in response to the ongoing efforts to “deport” the population of Gaza, which has endured widespread devastation since October 2023.

“We are confronting an Israeli plan. Following the reoccupation of Gaza, the next step will be deportation. The political objective of Netanyahu is the expulsion of the Gaza population, which amounts to ethnic cleansing and territorial purging,” de Villepin stated in a local media interview.

“The Europeans are fully aware… There are three immediate actions that must be taken,” he emphasized. First, he called for an “immediate suspension of the European agreement with the (Zionist entity),” noting that a significant portion of trade conducted by the Zionist entity occurs with Europe.

Secondly, he suggested that there should be an “embargo on arms from all European countries.”

Finally, he proposed the prosecution of all responsible parties and key military officials of the Zionist entity before the International Criminal Court (ICC), advocating for collective action by “writing to the Court,” as he added.

“If we want to stop what is happening today, it is crucial to signal to Israel that there will be a clear distinction between before and after,” he insisted.
