Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune reaffirmed Algeria’s unwavering support for Africa’s comprehensive development process during the opening of the 3rd Financing Summit for Africa’s Infrastructure Development in Luanda, Angola, on October 28, 2025. Represented by Azouz Nasri, President of the Council of the Nation, Tebboune emphasized the necessity of integrated and modern infrastructure to achieve true economic renaissance on the continent.

He noted that Algeria remains steadfast in its belief in the unity of Africa’s destiny and is dedicated to supporting the continent’s development through strategic initiatives.
President Tebboune outlined several key Algerian megaprojects aimed at enhancing regional integration and cooperation.
