Algeria FM Arrives in Turkey for Antalya Diplomacy Forum

ALGIERS, April 16, 2026 – Mandated by the Algeria President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, arrived Thursday evening in the Republic of Turkey, to participate in the 5th edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, according to a statement from the ministry.
The forum, which will be held from April 17 to 19, 2026 under the theme “Mapping Tomorrow, Managing Uncertainties,” will include a series of thematic workshops led by government officials and prominent academic and media figures, aimed at “discussing a range of issues and current topics dominating the concerns of the international community,” the same source added.
On the sidelines of the forum, “Minister Ahmed Attaf will hold bilateral talks with the foreign ministers of several brotherly and friendly countries, as well as with officials of international organizations,” the statement concluded.
