40,000 Palestinians displaced in West Bank by Zionist occupation since start of 2025

The Deputy Spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General, Farhan Haq, said that “Israel” has displaced approximately 40,000 Palestinians in the West Bank since the beginning of 2025.

In a press statement, he added that house demolitions carried out by “Israeli” colonists in the West Bank during the first week of May resulted in the displacement of 42 Palestinians, including 24 children.

He also affirmed that the occupation army and armed colonists, who launch attacks under the army’s protection, continue their relentless assaults in all West Bank cities.

He emphasized that colonist attacks are targeting “Palestinians and their property, who are the indigenous inhabitants of the area.”
