The Algerian president also urged to speed up the completion of all technical stages preceding the start-up of the cement factory of Djelfa and ordered the completion of all stages, before late May, for the commissioning of the oilseed crushing plant (Kotama) in Jijel (359-km east of Algiers), according to the statement.
