Private talks between Algerian President and South African counterpart ahead of farewell ceremony

ALGIERS – The Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune held private talks on Saturday afternoon with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, according to a statement from the Algerian Presidency.

“The talks took place in the VIP lounge of Houari Boumediene International Airport, ahead of the farewell ceremony,” the statement said.
