Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune received on Monday at Houari Boumédiène International Airport, the President of the Republic of Angola, João Lourenço, who is on a state visit to Algeria.
The two Presidents listened to the Algerian and Angolan national anthems before reviewing formations from various units of the People’s National Army, that rendered military honors to them, while the artillery fired 21 rounds in welcome of Algeria’s guest.
The President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune then shook hands with the members of the Angolan presidential delegation, while President Lourenço, in turn, shook hands with senior Algerian officials who were there to receive him.
