Algerian Army General Saïd Chanegriha Chairs Seminar on External Threats Amid Geopolitical, Technological Shifts
Army General Saïd Chanegriha, Minister Delegate to the Algerian Minister of National Defense, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (PNA), chaired, Thursday at the National Army Club in Algiers, the opening ceremony of a strategic seminar titled: “External Threats Amid Geopolitical and Technological Shifts: Security Challenges and Strategic Issues,” according to a statement issued by the Ministry of National Defense.
The forum, organized by the General Directorate of Documentation and External Security (DGDSE), was attended by the Prime Minister, the Chief of Staff to the Presidency of the Republic, several members of the Government, and Presidential advisors.
Also in attendance were the Secretary-General of the Ministry of National Defense, commanders of the various military forces, the Chief of Staff to the Ministry of National Defense, the Commander of the First Military Region, as well as department heads and the Inspector General of the Army.
The event further brought together senior officials of the Ministry of National Defense, high-ranking officers of the People’s National Army, and specialized experts.
