ALGIERS — On behalf of the Algerian President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defense, Army General Saïd Chanegriha, Deputy Minister to the Minister of National Defense, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (PNA), chaired on Sunday the official installation ceremony of Major General Zoubir Ghouila as the new Air Force Commander, succeeding Major General Mohamed Laraba, the Ministry of National Defense said in a statement.
