Algeria: Lower House at World Parliamentary Forum against Fascism, Neofascism

ALGIERS- The People’s National Assembly (Lower House of Parliament) is set to participate in the World Parliamentary Forum against Fascism and Neofascism, scheduled for November 4-5 in Caracas, Venezuela, according to a press release issued by the institution on Sunday.

The People’s National Assembly will be represented by the president of the Algeria-Venezuela parliamentary friendship group, Ahcene Hani, accompanied by deputy, Djouahra Mohamed Reda.

Algeria’s participation in this forum “comes to underline its commitment to its firm positions against Fascism and Neofascism and to confirm its role in the strengthening of global parliamentary dialogue to support just causes and enshrine the values of freedom and democracy,” added the source.
