World School Games: Algeria Finishes in 12th Place with 50 Medals

The Algerian school team wrapped up the World School Games with a commendable 12th-place finish, according to the Algerian Federation of School Sports (FASS). The competition, which featured participants from no fewer than 74 countries, concluded on Thursday evening in Bahrain.
Algerian athletes delivered an outstanding performance, securing a total of 50 medals: 14 gold, 12 silver, and 24 bronze, as reported by the same source.
This remarkable achievement positioned the Algerian delegation as the second-best nation in Africa and third overall in the Arab region. Algeria competed in six disciplines during the games, which commenced on October 22, including taekwondo, judo, karate, athletics, and para-athletics.
