Nigeria: At Least 17 People Killed by Boko Haram Terrorists

Boko Haram terrorists killed at least 17 individuals, including fishermen and farmers, on Thursday in Borno State, northeastern Nigeria. This information was reported on Friday by local anti-terror militia sources and various media outlets.
The terrorists captured several fishermen and farmers in the village of Malam Karanti, located near the fishing town of Baga along the shores of Lake Chad, before executing them, according to two militia members who are assisting Nigerian troops in combating terrorist groups in the region.
“As of now, seventeen bodies have been recovered, and search efforts are ongoing,” stated Babakura Kolo, a militia leader.
The terrorists assembled their victims, who were fishing and tending to their crops along the banks of the freshwater lake, prior to carrying out the killings, confirmed Umar Ari, another militia member who reported the same death toll.
