FC Barcelona Leads European Clubs in Shirt Sales with €277 Million

FC Barcelona ranks first among European clubs in revenue generated from shirt sales and merchandise, with €277 million, according to UEFA’s annual financial report on affiliated clubs.

The report, titled The European Club Finance and Investment Landscape, shows that Barcelona is ahead of Real Madrid (€231 million) and Bayern Munich (€189 million). They are followed by Manchester United (€172 million), Arsenal (€151 million), Liverpool (€148 million), Tottenham Hotspur (€102 million), Galatasaray (€99 million), Chelsea (€95 million), Paris Saint-Germain (€88 million), and Manchester City (€88 million).

In terms of overall revenue, Real Madrid ranks first with €1.184 billion, followed by FC Barcelona (€989 million). Bayern Munich (€861 million), Manchester City (€855 million), Liverpool (€852 million), Paris Saint-Germain (€837 million), Arsenal (€822 million), Manchester United (€793 million), Tottenham (€673 million), and Chelsea (€585 million) complete the top ten.

Regarding commercial revenues, FC Barcelona ranks second with €499 million, behind Real Madrid (€568 million), and ahead of Manchester City (€426 million), Bayern Munich (€402 million), Manchester United (€384 million), Liverpool (€382 million), Paris Saint-Germain (€349 million), and Arsenal (€313 million).

According to the report, Premier League clubs dominate many of Europe’s key financial indicators. FC Barcelona remains among the strongest economic performers despite its new stadium, the Spotify Camp Nou, not yet being fully completed or operating at full capacity.
