As the special envoy of the Algerian President, Meziane received by Lesotho’s PM

In his role as the special envoy of Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Minister of Communication Mohamed Meziane was welcomed in Maseru, Lesotho, by Prime Minister Sam Matekane, according to a statement released on Wednesday by the ministry.
During this meeting, Meziane delivered a handwritten letter from President Tebboune to the Prime Minister of Lesotho, conveying fraternal greetings and expressing a desire to strengthen friendly relations and cooperation between the two nations. He also emphasized the importance of exploring new avenues for partnership aimed at promoting the mutual interests of both countries, as noted in the same statement.
The discussions, which also included Minister for Social Development Putsoa Leasoana, provided an opportunity to exchange views on various aspects of bilateral cooperation that could fulfill the aspirations of both countries at regional and international levels.
Additionally, the meeting addressed the challenges and key issues on the agenda of the African Union (AU), as concluded in the statement.
