Algerian Council of the Nation Speaker Received by Ugandan Vice President in Kampala

The Speaker of the Algerian Council of the Nation (upper house of Parliament), Azzouz Nasri, was received Wednesday in Kampala by the Vice President of the Republic of Uganda, Jessica Alupo, the Council said in a statement.

The meeting took place shortly before Nasri’s departure from the Ugandan capital, following his participation as the representative of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in the inauguration ceremony of the re-elected Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni.
