On this occasion, Minister Attaf held private discussions with FM Araqchi, followed by an expanded working session that involved members of both delegations, the source said.
The discussions between the two sides provided an opportunity to review the various aspects and dimensions of the relationship between Algeria and Iran, and to explore ways to strengthen and enhance it, the statement said, adding that the meeting also delved into the developments in the Middle East, particularly the dangerous situation surrounding the Palestinian issue, especially amid the ongoing brutal aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
