Algeria: International Food Industry Fair will be held from January 14 to 16 in Oran

The 11th edition of the International Food Industry Fair (SIAG) is scheduled to take place from January 14 to 16 at the Mohamed Benahmed Convention Center in Oran, according to a statement from the organizers.

Organized by “First Events,” this event is expected to attract approximately 4,500 visitors and will offer “professional networking opportunities, experience-sharing sessions, culinary workshops led by renowned chefs, as well as conferences and workshops that emphasize key industry trends,” the statement noted.

The fair seeks to “promote innovation, create business opportunities, and support the initiatives of manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, and professionals within the food industry,” the announcement concluded.
