South Korea to Face Brazil in Friendly Match on October 10
The South Korean national team is scheduled to compete against Brazil in a friendly match on October 10 at the Seoul World Cup Stadium, as announced by the Korea Football Association (KFA) on Wednesday.
This encounter, part of the FIFA international window from October 6 to 14, will mark Brazil’s first visit to Korea since June 2022.
Four days later, the Taegeuk Warriors will also host Paraguay at the same venue, according to the KFA.
Currently ranked 23rd in the FIFA rankings, South Korea has managed only one victory in eight previous encounters against Brazil, who sits fifth in the world rankings and has already qualified for the upcoming World Cup.
Prior to these matches, the Korean team will play two friendlies in the United States, facing the American team on September 7 and Mexico on September 10.
