A Rapid Support Forces drone strike killed at least 30 people at a displacement shelter in the besieged city of El-Fasher in western Sudan on Saturday, a local activist group said.
The resistance committee for El-Fasher said the RSF, which has been at war with the army since April 2023, hit the Dar al-Arqam displacement center on the grounds of a university, AFP reported.
Bodies remained trapped in underground shelters, the committee said in a statement, describing it as a “massacre” and calling on the international community to intervene.
