Kaylia Nemour Reaches Uneven Bars Final in Cottbus with New Element Submitted to FIG

Algerian gymnast Kaylia Nemour brilliantly qualified for the uneven bars final at the Artistic Gymnastics World Cup stage taking place in Cottbus, Germany.
Nemour dominated the qualifications with a score of 15.200, finishing ahead of Russian gymnast Milina Kaimova, who scored 14.033.
The Algerian champion delivered a high-level routine, notably performing a new movement and a new technical element submitted to the International Gymnastics Federation for inclusion in the Code of Points. If approved, the element could be officially registered under the name “Nemour 2.”
The uneven bars final is scheduled for Saturday as part of the World Cup stage, held from February 19 to 22 in Cottbus.
Following the German leg, the World Cup circuit will move on to Baku (Azerbaijan), Antalya (Turkey), Cairo (Egypt), and Osijek (Croatia), before concluding in Doha (Qatar) from April 14 to 18.
