ALGIERS – The Algerian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari was received Thursday in Asmara by the President of the State of Eritrea, Isaisas Afwerki under his visit as Special Envoy of the Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, said a Ministry’s statement.
