Algerian President Receives Congratulations from Chinese Counterpart on the Anniversary of the Liberation Revolution

ALGIERS – The President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, sent a congratulatory message to his Algerian counterpart, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of the glorious November Revolution, according to a statement by the Algerian Presidency on Monday.
“It gives me great pleasure, on behalf of the Government and the people of China, and in my own name, to extend warm congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency, and through you, to friendly Algeria, its government, and its people, on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of the outbreak of the Algerian Revolution,” the message read.
“China and Algeria have shared a deep, traditional friendship for 67 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations. This friendship has continued to develop in a sound and stable manner, and practical cooperation under it has yielded fruitful results,” it said.
“I attach great importance to the development of relations between our two countries, and I am ready to make joint efforts with Your Excellency to strengthen friendship and mutual trust, and to deepen exchanges and cooperation in all fields, so as to achieve new and greater accomplishments for the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Algeria,” the Chinese President said in his message.
“I wish Your Excellency abundant health and success, and I wish your esteemed country prosperity and well-being, as well as happiness and welfare to your people.”
