Algerian FM Meets Central African Republic President to Strengthen Bilateral Cooperation

As part of his official visit as a special envoy of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Algerian Minister of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, was received today in Bangui by the President of the Central African Republic, Faustin-Archange Touadéra.

During the meeting, Minister Attaf delivered a letter from President Tebboune to President Touadéra, conveying his warm regards and expressing his commitment to continuing efforts to strengthen the brotherly relations, cooperation, and solidarity between the two nations.

The meeting provided an opportunity to explore ways to revitalize bilateral cooperation and enhance coordination within the continental organization. Minister Attaf also reaffirmed Algeria’s ongoing efforts, from its position on the United Nations Security Council, to support peace and stability in the Central African Republic.
