Algeria and Vietnam Hold 4th Session of Political Consultations

The 4th session of the Algerian–Vietnamese political consultations was held on Monday in the Vietnamese capital, Hanoi, co-chaired by the Secretary-General of the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The meeting provided an opportunity to assess the current state and prospects of relations between Algeria and Vietnam, as well as to explore ways to strengthen and elevate them to broader levels across various political and economic fields, reflecting the shared will of both parties, the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.

The session allowed for a review of preparations related to upcoming bilateral events, as well as the exchange of views and analyses on regional and international issues of mutual interest, the statement said.
