ALGIERS – The new Ambassador of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Alhaji Brima Elvis Koroma, expressed on Wednesday his country’s willingness to become a permanent partner of Algeria.
At the end of the ceremony of presenting the credentials to the Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the new Ambassador of Sierra Leone thanked the President and the Algerian people for the “warm welcome” granted to him.
“We had a lengthy discussion about our bilateral relations and our will to further strengthen them,” added Alhaji Brima Elvis Koroma.
Algeria and Sierra Leone share “deep friendship ties” and work together, as non-permanent members, within the Security Council for peace in Africa, he added.
