Sahrawi Army Targets Bases of Moroccan Occupation Forces in Haouza Sector

Units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) targeted the bases and entrenchments of Moroccan occupation forces in the Haouza sector,a inflicting “heavy human and material losses,” according to a military statement issued Sunday by the Sahrawi Ministry of Defense.

Advanced units of the Sahrawi army targeted Moroccan army bases north of the Ahrichet Dirt region in the Haouza sector with intense bombardments on Saturday, per the statement reported by the Sahrawi Press Service (SPS) news agency.

The Sahrawi army’s attacks “are continuing against the positions of the Moroccan army forces, causing heavy human and material losses along the wall of shame (sand wall),” the statement said.
