ALGIERS- Feature-length documentary “17 October 1961, A State Crime,” by director Ramdane Rahmouni, which sheds light on one of the colonial crimes committed during the liberation war (1954-1962), was screened Saturday at Algiers’ Cinematheque movie theatre.
