Lebanon: Zionist Strikes on the Bekaa Valley Killed 22

A recent wave of Zionist strikes in the Bekaa Valley, situated in eastern Lebanon, has resulted in the death of 22 individuals, as reported by official media sources. Among the deceased are four members of the same family from a local village.

The attacks by the “Zionist enemy” targeted five areas within the Baalbek region, leading to the reported fatalities, according to statements from the Ministry of Health. The official news agency ANI highlighted that a strike on the village of Makneh claimed the lives of at least four family members.

This surge in Zionist aggression against Lebanon commenced on October 8, 2023, and significantly escalated on September 23. According to data released by Lebanese authorities on Wednesday night, the ongoing conflict has resulted in a total of 3,558 deaths and 15,123 injuries, with many victims being women and children. Additionally, approximately 1.4 million individuals have been displaced due to the violence.
