Algerian PM Receives Mauritania’s Ambassador to Strengthen Bilateral Cooperation

ALGIERS – Algerian Prime Minister, Nadir Larbaoui received Monday at the Government Palace the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Sidi Mohamed Mohamed Abdallah, said the Prime Minister’s Office in a statement.

The meeting underscored the strong ties of fraternity and solidarity between Algeria and Mauritania. Both parties reviewed the progress of bilateral cooperation, which has seen significant momentum in various sectors, guided by the leadership of Presidents Abdelmadjid Tebboune and Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani.

Discussions also focused on upcoming joint initiatives and the implementation of existing cooperation projects, particularly in development and infrastructure. The two sides stressed the importance of monitoring these efforts and accelerating their execution to achieve greater bilateral integration and complementarity.
