ALGIERS – The 8th International Contemporary Art Festival (IFCA) was inaugurated on Tuesday by Algeria’s Minister of Culture and Arts, Zouhir Ballalou, at the Moufdi-Zakaria Palace of Culture in Algiers. The event brought together professional visual artists from 39 countries, with Palestine featured as this year’s guest of honor. The festival highlights the global importance of contemporary art and strengthens cultural ties between Algeria and the international art community.
