Zionist strikes stretch to northern Lebanon

For the first time, Zionist strikes reached Lebanon’s northern city of Tripoli early on Saturday, in parallel with heavy bombardments on Beirut’s suburbs in the wake of a new ground incursion into southern Lebanon.
Overnight, the Zionist forces have been conducting intense shelling in southern Lebanon, forcibly displacing more citizens from their homes. On the other hand, a Zionist airstrike hit Lebanon’s Masnaa border crossing with Syria, cutting off a road used by hundreds of thousands of people to flee bombardments.
In recent weeks, the Zionist entity has expanded its offensive on Lebanon after nearly a year of fighting within border areas solely.
The Lebanese health ministry reported the martyrdom of over 2,000 people so far, including 127 children and 261 women. Besides, medical teams and facilities, including the Lebanese Red Cross, Lebanese public hospitals, and rescue workers, were not exempted from Zionist attacks.
Moreover, more than 1.2 million Lebanese have been forced to leave their homes, and the United Nations says most displacement shelters in the country are full. The bulk of the displaced headed to Tripoli or Syria, which were both targeted lately.
