Putin : Results of Russia-US Talks in Saudi Arabia Are Positive

President Vladimir Putin stated that Russia has taken the first step toward resuming cooperation with the United States across various areas of mutual interest, including Middle Eastern affairs. He also emphasized that Moscow has never refused to hold talks on Ukraine, reaffirming Russia’s openness to dialogue.

Putin further said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces could not have independently carried out the drone attack on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium’s Kropotkinskaya oil pumping station without satellite intelligence. He stressed that such attacks require precise data that Ukraine exclusively receives from Western sources.

Regarding the Russia-US negotiations, Putin dismissed Ukraine’s outrage over its absence from the talks, calling Kyiv’s reaction an unjustified hysteria.
