Nicaragua breaks diplomatic ties with the Zionist entity

MANAGUA – Nicaragua has announced the severing of diplomatic ties with the Zionist entity in response to the ongoing genocide committed in the Gaza Strip for over a year.
In statements, Rosario Murillo, Vice President of Nicaragua, announced the decision to state media on Friday after the country’s Congress passed a resolution calling for action following the one-year anniversary of October 7.
The “conflict,” the Nicaraguan government said, now also “extends against Lebanon and gravely threatens Syria, Yemen, and Iran.”
The toll of martyrs from the Zionist aggression on Gaza since October 7, 2023, has risen to 42,126 and 98,117 wounded.
