Warplanes of the Zionist forces carried out airstrikes on Friday across several areas in eastern and southern Lebanon, the Lebanese press agency ANI reported.
The Zionist forces particularly targeted the heights of Hermel in eastern Lebanon, as well as the localities of Baslaya (Baslayya) and Jbaa in the south of the country, the same source said.
Lebanese state media also confirmed a series of airstrikes by Zionist aircraft on mountainous regions in the Nabatiyeh and Jezzine districts in the south, and in the Hermel district in the east.
The Lebanese news agency and local outlets noted that these strikes came despite a ceasefire agreement in place since November 2024.
ANI recalled that at least three Lebanese were killed Thursday in particularly intense bombardments that also struck many areas in the south of the country.
