Lavrov Announces U.S.-Russia Diplomatic Meeting in Istanbul on Thursday

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced on Wednesday that Russian and American diplomats will hold a new round of talks in Istanbul on Thursday. This follows initial discussions that took place on February 18 in Saudi Arabia.
