Iran: FM Araqchi urges accountability for anyone informed about the Zionist attack

TEHRAN – Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araqchi, said on Saturday that anyone who knows how the Zionist entity will attack Iran should be held to account. The statement comes a day after President Biden’s meeting with western leaders in Berlin.
Araqchi said on X: “Anybody with knowledge or understanding of ‘how and when (the Zionist entity) was going to attack Iran’, and/or providing the means and backing for such folly, should logically be held accountable for any possible causality.”
Speaking to reporters at the end of a visit to Berlin on Friday, Biden indicated that he has some information regarding the Zionist entity’s offensive on Iran.
On October 1, Iran launched a retaliatory missile attack in response to the Zionist entity’s assassination of Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran and Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, as well as an Iranian general in Beirut.
The Zionist authorities have ever since promised to revenge, with speculation mounting over the possibility of an imminent strike targeting Iran’s oil infrastructure or nuclear facilities.
