Indonesian President Joko Widodo has extended his congratulations to Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune on his re-election for a new presidential term. In a statement released by the Presidency of the Republic today, Thursday, he highlighted the importance of Algeria as a key partner for Indonesia in Africa.
The statement declared: “President Joko Widodo congratulated President Abdelmadjid Tebboune on the occasion of his re-election for another presidential term.”
“The Indonesian president expressed to Mr. Tebboune that his leadership and wisdom reflect the trust placed in him to steer Algeria towards a bright and prosperous future. He emphasized that Algeria is a valuable partner for Indonesia in Africa, with their relationship founded on mutual respect and cooperation, aimed at enhancing the well-being of both nations and contributing to regional peace and stability,” the statement continued.
