The Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune welcomed Wednesday the President of Republic of Chad, Mahamat Idriss Deby, upon his arrival in the Houari-Boumediene International Airport of Algiers.
Chadian president is in Algeria to attend the 4th Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF 2025), to be held in Algiers on September 4-10 under the slogan “A Gateway to New Opportunities.”
After listening to the national anthems of both countries and saluting the national flag, the President of the Republic and his Chadian counterpart reviewed detachments of the Republican Guard, who paid military honours to them.
