Gaza Under Fire: 39 Palestinians Killed in Latest Bombings

At least 39 Palestinians, many of them women and children, have been killed and dozens more injured during a series of bombings by the Zionist forces across various regions of the Gaza Strip from Wednesday night to Thursday, according to reports from the Palestinian news agency Wafa.
Local sources cited by Wafa reveal that twenty-seven lives were lost in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, where multiple missiles rained down on the city. Many of the deceased, along with a significant number of injured—mostly children—were rushed to the Nasser Medical Complex.
The occupation forces also targeted a home near Rafah in southern Gaza, along with two additional residences to the east and north of Khan Younis, where further strikes were reported.
In northern Gaza, five more Palestinians were killed, and others were injured following an airstrike on a home in Jabalia.
This latest wave of aggression marks a grim resurgence for the Gaza Strip, as the Zionist forces resumed their attacks on March 18 after a two-month pause following a ceasefire agreement.
According to Palestinian health authorities, the assaults since March 18 have resulted in 2,799 deaths and 7,805 injuries. The toll from the ongoing violence against the Palestinian enclave has now reached a staggering 52,928 deaths and 119,846 injuries since October 7, 2023.
