Car bomb kills 15 in northern Syria

ALEPPO – Fifteen people have been killed, including 14 women and a man, in a car bomb blast on a vehicle transporting farmers in Manbij city, Aleppo eastern countryside, the Syrian state news agency SANA reported on Monday.
According to the Syrian Civil Defense, a car bomb exploded near a car transporting farmers on the outskirts of Manbij city, Aleppo eastern countryside, claiming the lives of 14 women and one man, and injured 15 other women, some in critical condition.
The victims were agricultural workers, and the death toll was likely to increase, a civil defence official told Reuters.
On Saturday, a car bomb in Manbij killed four civilians and wounded nine others, including children, SANA said.
