ALGIERS — The Algerian Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, received Wednesday a phone call from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, Radoslaw Sikorski, the ministry said in a press release.
The call enabled both ministers to “review various aspects of friendship and cooperation between the two countries and explore ways to inject new momentum into relations, ahead of the Polish Foreign Minister’s planned visit to Algeria in the second half of this year,” the ministry said.
The two ministers also exchanged views and analyses on regional and international issues, particularly the situation in the Sahel-Sahara region, according to the statement.
