Algerian Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, participated on Tuesday in the opening session of the general debate of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly, held under the theme, “Better together: 80 years and more for peace, development and human rights.”
According to a statement from the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the general debate will allow world leaders and heads of participating delegations to address the most pressing issues and matters of concern to the international community, in the context of growing challenges related to international peace and security and sustainable economic development around the world.
