Attaf participates in coordination meeting of Tripartite Mechanism of Libya’s Neighboring Countries

Algerian Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, participated on Saturday evening in a coordination meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Tripartite Mechanism of Libya’s Neighboring Countries (Algeria, Egypt, and Tunisia).
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the second ministerial session of the Africa-Russia Partnership Forum held in Cairo.
The Foreign Ministers exchanged views and analyses on the latest developments in Libya and agreed to foster consultation and coordination between the three countries, in anticipation of the Mechanism’s upcoming meeting scheduled for early 2026 in Tunisia, the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
