Zionist Forces Massacre 33 Civilians, Including Children, in Escalating Strikes on Gaza

The Zionist forces have killed 33 civilians, including children, since early Wednesday in a new wave of attacks across the Gaza Strip, according to medical sources. The latest escalation comes as Zionist forces intensified their air and artillery campaign on Gaza City’s Zeitoun and Sabra neighborhoods for the 10th consecutive day, part of a wider military operation launched on August 11 that includes home demolitions, gunfire, booby-trapped devices, and forced displacement.
Among the attacks, three people were killed and 10 wounded in an airstrike on a house in Jabalia al-Nazla in northern Gaza. Five members of one family died when Zionist forces bombed a tent sheltering displaced Palestinians in Shati refugee camp, while four others, including children, were killed in a strike near the Islamic University of Gaza. In southern Gaza City, two children were killed when the forces shelled a house in Sabra, while four more members of a single family were killed in Zeitoun after their shelter was struck and set ablaze.
In central Gaza, eight Palestinians were shot dead by Zionist forces near an aid distribution point in Nuseirat refugee camp, and five more, including a child, were killed in airstrikes on homes in the camp. In Khan Younis, a Palestinian woman and her two children were killed in their home, while 12 people were injured when a tent in Al-Mawasi was bombed.
The Zionist aggression on Gaza has now killed more than 62,000 Palestinians since October 2023, leaving the enclave devastated and facing famine. Meanwhile, Zionist officials remain wanted by the International Criminal Court for war crimes, while the entity itself faces genocide charges at the International Court of Justice.
