45% of Essential Medical Supplies in Gaza Out of Stock (UNRWA)
nearly a quarter of the remaining supplies projected to be depleted within the next six weeks

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has issued a stark warning regarding the dire state of the health sector in the Gaza Strip, attributing the crisis to the ongoing Zionist military offensive.
In a statement released on Wednesday, UNRWA reported that 45% of essential medical supplies are currently out of stock, with nearly a quarter of the remaining supplies projected to be depleted within the next six weeks if the situation does not improve.
The agency highlighted that stocks of vital medicines and blood products are nearing exhaustion, while the urgent needs on the ground continue to escalate.
Since March 2, the Zionist military has enforced a closure of Gaza’s border crossings, effectively blocking the entry of food, humanitarian aid, medical supplies, and commercial goods. This blockade has significantly exacerbated the humanitarian crisis in the region, leaving many vulnerable individuals without access to necessary care and resources.
